In the downtown neighborhood of El Valle centro, this building located on Amores Street is a clear example of an architecture that is very representative of the growth of Mexico City in the mid-twentieth century. The challenge of this executive project, for which the e c o team was hired, consisted of proposing habitable apartments for today's needs in spaces that conserve the most significant materials, elements and characteristics of the housing architecture of the 1940's. Therefore, the identity of the building is reaffirmed, combining contemporaneity and heritage.

The vitricotta is an essential element of the building's overall aesthetics. It appears in green on the main façade and in two shades of blue in the lobbies. Many elements were missing or damaged. Since these are pieces that are no longer mass-produced; pieces faithful to the originals were requested from clay artisans.
